Shipping & Delivery
All Wanganègès products are made to order and fulfilled by our production partner, Printful. Once your order is placed, it enters production before being shipped directly to you.
Production time
Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be produced before it ships. You will receive a tracking notification by email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates and begin after production is complete. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to customs processing.
International orders
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping rate.
Order tracking
A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order ships. You can use it to follow your package through the carrier’s website.
If your tracking indicates your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first verify your shipping address and contact the carrier directly.
If your domestic order has not arrived within 30 days of your shipping confirmation, or your international order within 45 days, please contact us at durandjeanpierrepaul@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier and fulfillment provider.
